Butter Pecan Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 c half and half
- 2 c heavy cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 c pecans
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Melt butter and toss/cook pecans until toasted through
- Mix half and half and sugar
- Gently stir in heavy cream and vanilla
- Pour into ice cream maker and churn
- With 5 minutes left, add pecans
*Adaptions
- Once pecans are cooked, let dry and then coat them in chocolate (melt 1 c chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil)
- Add a fudge swirl with 2 minutes of churning left
