Chocolate Ice Cream

 Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c half and half
  • 1/2 c cocoa powder
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 c heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
  • Whisk half and half, cocoa and sugar
  • In separate bowl, beat heavy cream and vanilla until peaks form; fold into cocoa mixture
  • Refrigerate for 30 mins, then pour into ice cream maker and churn
