Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c half and half
- 1/2 c cocoa powder
- 1 c sugar
- 2 c heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Whisk half and half, cocoa and sugar
- In separate bowl, beat heavy cream and vanilla until peaks form; fold into cocoa mixture
- Refrigerate for 30 mins, then pour into ice cream maker and churn
