Healthy Banana Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal

 Ingredients

  • 6 bananas (7 bananas if using protein powder)
  • 4 c oatmeal
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1/2 maple syrup
  • 1 c of chocolate chips
Directions
  • Preheat over to 350
  • In blender, mix bananas, oatmeal, eggs, baking soda, protein powder and syrup
  • Mix in chocolate chips
  • Pour into greased pan; either two bread pans or 1 9x13 pan (add extra chocolate chips to the top)
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes
