Healthy Banana Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 6 bananas (7 bananas if using protein powder)
- 4 c oatmeal
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1/2 maple syrup
- 1 c of chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat over to 350
- In blender, mix bananas, oatmeal, eggs, baking soda, protein powder and syrup
- Mix in chocolate chips
- Pour into greased pan; either two bread pans or 1 9x13 pan (add extra chocolate chips to the top)
- Bake for 25-30 minutes
