Copy Cat Woodshop Mac & Cheese

 Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 c milk
  • 3 tbsp four
  • 1 1/2 c heavy cream
  • 12 oz white cheddar
  • 1 wedge of parmesan
Directions
  • Saute butter and onion
  • Whisk in flour
  • Slowly add milk and cream to create roux
  • Bring to boil to thicken
  • Slowly add in parmesan
  • Add 3/4 of white cheddar, slowly
  • Mix in cooked noodles
  • Layer 9x13 with noodle mixture, cheese, noodle mixture, cheese
  • Bake for 10 mins at 425°F
