Copy Cat Woodshop Mac & Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 c milk
- 3 tbsp four
- 1 1/2 c heavy cream
- 12 oz white cheddar
- 1 wedge of parmesan
Directions
- Saute butter and onion
- Whisk in flour
- Slowly add milk and cream to create roux
- Bring to boil to thicken
- Slowly add in parmesan
- Add 3/4 of white cheddar, slowly
- Mix in cooked noodles
- Layer 9x13 with noodle mixture, cheese, noodle mixture, cheese
- Bake for 10 mins at 425°F
