Healthy-ish Chocolate Swirl Banana Bread

Ingredients
  • 1 c flour
  • 3/4 t baking soda
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 2 T butter (room temp)
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 3 overripe bananas
  • 2 T unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1/3 c choc chips

Directions
  • Heat over to 350°F.
  • Beat butter and brown sugar.  Add bananas, applesauce, egg whites, vanilla, beat.  Add flour, baking soda, and salt.  Pour into greased bread pan.
  • Melt chocolate chips, then dollop on bread and swirl with knife.
  • Bake for approx. 50 mins.
