Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2 cans of Original RoTel
  • 1 28-oz can of whole tomatos 
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 jalepeno pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • juice of 1/2 a lime
  • 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro (to taste)
Directions
  • Chop garlic, jalepeno (I leave the seeds in for a little heat), onion, and cilantro. 
  • Add in a blender with all other ingredients. Pulse blender to desired texture. 
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour.
