One Pan Creamy Orzo and Meatballs
Ingredients
- Container of Boursin cheese
- 1/2 c sun dried tomatoes
- 12 oz orzo
- 3 c chicken broth
- 1 T Italian seasoning
- 2 c spinach
- 20 meatballs
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Add Boursin cheese to the middle of a greased 9x13
- Add tomatoes, orzo, seasoning, spinach, and broth, mix around a bit
- Add meatballs
- Cook covered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, then uncover and cook for 10 more minutes
- Mix together and serve
