One Pan Creamy Orzo and Meatballs

 Ingredients

  • Container of Boursin cheese
  • 1/2 c sun dried tomatoes
  • 12 oz orzo
  • 3 c chicken broth
  • 1 T Italian seasoning
  • 2 c spinach
  • 20 meatballs
  • salt and pepper
Directions
  • Add Boursin cheese to the middle of a greased 9x13
  • Add tomatoes, orzo, seasoning, spinach, and broth, mix around a bit
  • Add meatballs
  • Cook covered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, then uncover and cook for 10 more minutes
  • Mix together and serve
