Cranberry Key Lime Pie

Ingredients
- 6 oz fresh or frozen cranberries (1.5 cups)
- 1/2 c of sugar
- 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 large egg yolks
- 6 T lime juice
- 1 ready to use graham cracker piecrust
- 1 c heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 c powdered sugar
- 1 t vanilla
Directions
- Preheat over to 350
- Bring cranberries, sugar, and 1/4 c water to a boil over medium high heat; stirring often, let cranberries burst and thicken (6-8 minutes)
- Transfer cranberries to blender and blend until smooth (leave lid open to allow steam to release)
- Add milk, yolks, lime juice and blend
- Pour into prepared crust
- Back for 15 minutes, let cool on rack for 1 hr; cover and chill
- Beat cream, powdered sugar and vanilla to make whip cream, top pie and serve
