Trishy's Over Night Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 15 lbs potatoes
- 1 brick of cream cheese
- 2 sticks of butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup of half and half
- 2-3 tablespoons of garlic
- garlic powder and salt to taste
- All ingredients are "ish", you can always add more, you can not take it out
Directions
- Peel potatoes and dice
- Boil potatoes until they drop off your fork
- Split batch into two for easier management
- In Kitchen Aid blend half of all following ingredients potatoes, cream cheese, butter, sour cream and half and half
- Pour mashed potatoes in large aluminum pan and refridgerate
- When ready to eat, bring up to room tempature and then bake at 350 until they are warmed through (45 mins +)
- Can be put into crockpot after for serving purposes
