Easy Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • Bag of cubed hashbrowns
  • Half an onion
  • 4 cups of stock/bone broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Pepper, salt, & garlic to taste
  • Brick of cream cheese
  • Toppings (cheese, croutons, bacon, green onion)
Directions
  • Add hashbrowns (can be frozen), cut up onion, stock, cream of chicken soup, pepper, salt, garlic to a crockpot and cook on low for 8 hrs
  • Add cream cheese and stir in after 30 mins
  • Serve with toppings
