Easy Potato Soup
Ingredients
- Bag of cubed hashbrowns
- Half an onion
- 4 cups of stock/bone broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Pepper, salt, & garlic to taste
- Brick of cream cheese
- Toppings (cheese, croutons, bacon, green onion)
Directions
- Add hashbrowns (can be frozen), cut up onion, stock, cream of chicken soup, pepper, salt, garlic to a crockpot and cook on low for 8 hrs
- Add cream cheese and stir in after 30 mins
- Serve with toppings
