Orange Jello with Sherbet Topping

Ingredients
  • 4 boxes of orange jello
  • 2 cans of mandarin oranges (with juice)
  • orange sherbet or vanilla ice cream
Directions
  • Bottom layer: Mix two boxes of jello with two cups of boiling water and oranges (with juice); chill overnight
  • Top layer: Mix two boxes of jello with two cups of boiling water and 2 cups of sherbet/ice cream; let cool and then pour over bottom layer; let chill
